In the midst of our unsettled world, the Apple Family, last seen in 2014, return, though not over the dinner table, but via Zoom. This hour-long play picks up with them during their now suspended and quarantined lives. They talk about grocery shopping, friends lost, new ventures on a hoped-for horizon—all at a time when human conversation (and theater) may be more needed than ever before.

After her son Kevin commits a horrific act, troubled mother Eva reflects on her complicated relationship with her disturbed son as he grew from a toddler into a teenager.

We Need to Talk About Kanye (working title) will be fronted by BAFTA award-winning investigative journalist Mobeen Azhar, who also fronted the BBC’s Battle for Britney doc. 　　Unfolding against the backdrop of West aka Ye’s 2024 U.S. election campaign, and at a time when his anti-Semitic rantings and behavior have sparked outrage and a re-evaluation of his place in popular culture, the one-off documentary follows Azhar as he attempts to understand the complex journey that led the singer to become one of the most famous and creatively successful artists of his generation.

A year later the men are still talking, but this time on the 31st of December and still about the women, football, children, and, of course, about the approaching New Year’s celebration. But what can they do, if their beloved wives and girls are waiting for them at Kamil’s, busy with New Year tree decoration and cooking, and the husbands are accidentally got stuck in the advertising agency office? Will they manage to get home in time to celebrate the New Year together?

This time Lesha, Slava, Kamil and Sasha go to St. Petersburg. And three of the four do not even know why they go there. But at some point it becomes clear that it does not matter - why. It is important that they go.

Meeting on a Saturday morning to drink champagne, the friends embark on a new journey through the depths of the male subconscious. What are the men talking about this time? Of course, about the personal. Lyosha is trying to understand whether "female friendship" exists, Kamil discusses whether it is possible to fire his best friend, Lovelace Slava recalls his first love (or was it not his?), and Sasha reflects on the loss of his father and the need to enjoy life here and now. And yet, walking around the center of Moscow, friends discuss how to screw in a light bulb so that she is satisfied, and what candid photos scream about on social networks, and what is chevapchichi.

An industrial exploiter, an old knife thrower, a cynical professor, and an ungrateful husband depict the selfishness and superficiality of the male gender.
